We want you to love what you buy, but if you don't, we're here to help.

How to Make a Return:

Got something that's not quite right? No problem. Give us a call at 815-227-5742 or shoot us an email at goldengrillzllc@gmail.com. Just tell us your order number and what's going on, and we'll take it from there.

Custom Grillz:

  • Before Production: You've got 60 days from your purchase to think it over. If you haven't sent us your mold yet and you want to cancel, we'll refund you, but we'll need to subtract the shipping costs and $20 for each mold kit you got.
  • After You've Sent the Mold: Decided not to go ahead? That's okay, but there's a 20% cancellation fee. And just a heads up, we can't refund the shipping fees.
  • After We've Made Your Grillz: Once we start making your grillz, they're all yours. If there's a fit issue or something's not right when you get them, let us know within a week. We'll fix it for free once, but after that, it's $70 for any more tweaks, which covers the cost of a new mold kit and shipping.

Custom Jewelry:

  • Design Fee: Dreaming up something special? There's a $300 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final cost.
  • After Design Approval: Once you give us the thumbs up on the design, the sale is final – no returns or refunds.
  • Before Production: Changed your mind? You can cancel, but there's a 20% cancellation fee.

Pre-Made Grillz and Jewelry:

  • 30-Day Returns: You can return off-the-shelf items within 30 days, as long as they're in new condition and in their original packaging. If they're used, damaged, or changed in any way, we can't take them back.
  • Shipping Costs: You'll need to cover the return shipping, and we don't refund the original shipping fee. Also, we'll deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund.
  • Refund Timing: Once we get your item back and check it out, we'll refund you within two business days. Depending on your bank, it might take a few more days for the money to show up in your account.
  • Exchanges: Want a different item? Reach out to us, and we'll help you swap it.
